We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place at the time you make your purchase.

Printasticworks is a small online shop creating original printed apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, and related products.
By placing an order through printasticworks.com, you agree to the terms below.
Our products
We sell premium t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel featuring original designs with a mix of subtle humor, self awareness, and everyday emotional truth.
Each item is made to order, printed especially for you. Because of that, small natural variations may happen in color, print placement, or fabric feel. These do not count as faults.
Product images and mockups are provided to show the design and overall look of each item. The final printed product may appear slightly different due to screen settings, garment color, fabric texture, print placement, or normal production variation. These small differences do not mean the item is defective.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in USD.
Any applicable taxes displayed at checkout are included where relevant. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
Payment is required in full before your order is processed.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country.
Production & shipping
- Production time: usually 3–7 business days.
- Shipping time: varies by destination
- USA: often 3–10 business days
- International: often 7–20+ business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by our print and shipping partners. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
If there is a major issue with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Returns, refunds & exchanges – important
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size
- Not liking the fit, color, or design after purchase
- Personal preference or buyer’s remorse
For correctly fulfilled orders, all sales are final.
You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:
- Your item arrives damaged, such as being torn, stained, or affected by a major defect
- We or our production partners made a mistake, such as:
- The wrong design being printed
- A clear printing error
- The item not matching the product description or product images in a meaningful way
The following are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading, shrinking, or damage caused by incorrect washing or care
- Minor differences in color, print placement, or appearance compared with product mockups
- Damage that happens after the item has been delivered and used
How to get help if something's wrong
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery at: info@printasticworks.com
Include:- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If we confirm the issue was caused during production or before delivery, we will usually arrange:
- A free reprint or reshipment, or
- A full refund, including the original shipping cost, when a reprint is not suitable
We stand behind what we sell and work with trusted print partners to resolve valid issues as fairly and smoothly as possible.
Other key points
Designs & intellectual property
All artwork, graphics, logos, and brand assets used by Printasticworks are owned by us or licensed for our use. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed events, gifts arriving later than expected, or other consequences caused by shipping delays.
Where legally permitted, our responsibility is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be handled in line with New Zealand law, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
